BYPC CAROLERS ENCHANT AT MOONLIGHT HOLIDAY STROLL

BYPC's voice students and Family Chorus, under the direction of Kate Richards, were invited to sing at Manchester's 2nd Annual Moonlight Holiday Stroll on November 20th. About twenty singers braved the chill to usher in the Christmas season with classic carols such as "Silent Night" and "Away in a Manger", and less familiar ones like "Shepherds Saw a Bright Star".
The carolers began the evening in front of City Hall, where they performed for about thirty minutes. Holiday shoppers stopped to enjoy the beautiful music on their way to finding the perfect gift. Then, the carolers strolled the city streets, enjoying the brightly-lit and decorated shop windows while entertaining the passers-by with their songs. Their joy and enthusiasm was rewarded at one shop by a huge plate of delicious cookies! Though Jack Frost was definitely nipping at their noses (and toes!), a wonderful time was had by all.

"ART OF THE VINE" A GRAND SUCCESS
On Tuesday, November 18th, fifty BYPC guests sipped fine wine, feasted on exquisitely prepared food, and were wonderfully entertained by the BYPC Company as they sang "You're a Good Man, Skip Jackson". The night was a resounding success, raising over $2,000 for BYPC's scholarship fund. Special thanks to Carrabba's and to all in attendance for making the evening a smashing success! |
A GRAND THANKSGIVING FEAST On Monday, November 24th the Bedford Olde Town Hall played host to BYPC's Creative Kids annual Thanksgiving Feast. Our families cooked up a storm, creating a Thanksgiving banquet feeding the over 100 hundred family members in attendance with the works, from turkey to mashed potatoes to sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. There was even a vegan table this year! Of course, our morning began with a musical performance by our talented young musicians! Thanks to all who worked so hard to make this feast one to remember.
