

THE PROCESS
The academic year is 36 weeks long. Two additional weeks one in each semester are also built into the year solely for the purpose of making up missed individual instruction / lessons.
Students may register for programs prior to the start of a semester or at any time during the academic year*. To enroll, student and parent must:
1. Complete a Registration Form. You may download the Registration Form from this page or call us at 472-3894 to request one.
2. Remit the completed Registration Form and registration fee ($25. per individual; $45. per family) to BYPC, 155 Route 101, Bedford, NH 03110.
3. Enrollment is automatically confirmed when the above steps are completed prior to the first lesson or program meeting. Upon our receipt of the above, you will receive a confirmation and invoice.
*Restrictions may apply depending upon the class selected.
TUITION and FEES
Tuition varies with each program. Please consult the BYPC Price Schedule located on this page.
A per year nonrefundable registration fee of $25.00 per individual or $45.00 per family covers enrollment in all programs for a full year, including Summer Camps, from September through August.
Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. For students who begin programs after the start of a semester, tuition will be prorated to the date on which the student begins a program.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Tuition may be paid in one of 3 ways:
1. NINE LEVEL PAYMENTS
This plan lets you pay tuition in 9 level payments, September through May. A $4.00 per installment processing fee is billed to your account.
2. QUARTERLY INSTALLMENTS
This plan lets you pay yearly tuition in four 9-week installments. Finance charges and discounts do not apply to this option.
3. BIANNUAL INSTALLMENTS
Students who enroll in a program for a full year and wish to pay tuition in full prior to the start of each semester receive a 2 percent discount per program.
MULTI-CLASS and FAMILY DISCOUNTS
Any student enrolled in three or more programs during the same semester receives a 10% discount on the tuition total. Families whose members are enrolled in four or more programs receive a 10% discount on total class tuition. (Note: Multi-class students and families who pay tuition biannually receive an additional 2% tuition discount.)
Tuition may be paid by automatic debit from your checking account or credit card --Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, and Discover Card. Tuition installments paid by check or cash requiring invoicing will be assessed a $5.00 fee per transaction.
FINANCIAL AID
Financial aid is available to students on the basis of need. No student who needs financial aid is ever turned down, and financial information is kept confidential. For more information, please contact Ann Davison, BYPC Director, at 472-3894.

POLICIES and PROCEDURES
STUDENT ABSENCES AND MAKE-UP POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION / LESSIONS:
Students are expected to attend lessons / programs for which they are registered. Students are asked to contact the school if theyre going to miss a class due to illness or unforeseen schedule conflict. Students may make up one missed class only (regardless of how many are missed) per semester during a designated make-up week at the end of each semester.
TEACHER ABSENCES, SCHOOL CANCELLATIONS, SNOW AND EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS:
Lessons or programs cancelled for the above-mentioned reasons will be rescheduled. A make-up schedule will be posted and students will be responsible for scheduling a make-up lesson or class.
STUDENT WITHDRAWLS:
Withdrawal from a class or program within two weeks of registration may be done without penalty. However, students who withdraw after the two-week period will be responsible for paying tuition through the end of the first four-week billing cycle.
