Tap Classes
Perfect for music lovers and dance enthusiasts, these tap dance classes at BYPC get your feet moving to the rhythm, whether it's a jazz song or show tune. Students of all ages literally get a kick out of turning their feet into percussion instruments in these tap classes at our Bedford, NH dance studio. The tap dance program at BYPC emphasizes performance in addition to musicality and dance, so students not only have a blast but become prepared for musical theatre pieces that require Broadway style tap dancing.

ages 5-7
In this beginner tap class students begin by warming up the ankles and learning basic tap steps. Steps are broken down so that all students understand the mechanics of each move. Students work on keeping time and rhythm even, giving equal value to each sound. Across the floor movements and short combinations are learned to put steps into motion. Students advance to more complex tempos requiring greater precision and accuracy.
Musicality and performance skills are emphasized.
Tuition is all inclusive - including class and costume fees
